I've been living in the UK for about a year now. I would like to know if it is possible in any form or fashion for a commoner like myself to obtain lordship. If it is possible, please provide detailed information and links as to how I would go about doing so.

If I were to record a 2 year old's crying/yelling session, then play it back at some point when the child was calm and happy over speakers in his/her room. Would that be considered child abuse?

The point of it would be two-fold. It would be a punsishment of sorts and also to show him what it is like listening to him cry. Do you think this would help, hurt, or have any effect? I have not heard of any punishment like this before but it just came to me.

FYI, I don't have children but I do babysit from time-to-time. Keep in mind this is a walking and talking 2 year old. This would have little to no effect on infants I assume.

I am currently under a 2 year plan with Sprint PCS cell service. I saw an add for the Sprint Employee Referral Offer (SERO) plan here (www.sprint.com/sero). I would like to switch to this plan but every time I call the representatives give me the run around. I would just like to change my plan easily. I have called over 5 times with no results. I am always nice and patient with the rep. I have run out of ideas. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

I have a licensed copy of Visual Studio .Net 2003. It is an academic licensed that I purchased through my university [Go Longhorns! ;)]. I need the patch meantioned in this knowledge base article - KB828734:

Unlike most patches that you can just download, this patch requires that you email support to receive it. In the process of emailing support, one thing you have to do is enter your product key for Vis Studio. Problem is Microsoft won't accept MSDN or academic licenses for free support. They want me to pay $99 for a support package that I may never need/use again. I was wondering if there are any other places I could look for this patch.

I have a design project that I cannot conquer. I need to design a card datbase to for the Magic: The Gathering card game. You do not have to be familiar with the game.

Each card has a unique name and possibly should be the primary means of looking up a record.

Each card has the following properties:

card type

set

mana cost

card text

oracle text

price

The problem I am having is with the set field. Set refers to the number of time and names that the card was printed in. For instance, card APPLE could be printed in set Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, Ro but card ORANGE was only printed in Alpha and card NUTS were printed in Alpha,Omega. The set field is variable and could contain any number of sets. There are a finite number of sets however.

I can't figure out how to set up the database to contain these elements. Please help me.

Question: How should these databse be formatted?

I have a Yamaha YZF 600r. I have read a little about throttle pickups and clutching the bike up. Is either recommended? Should I wait until I get a bike that weighs less?
