Is there a school in socal offering night classes to learn PHP and Javascript?

I am using CS2 and would like to know if there is a plugin that will use a text tab delimited file to rename or replace the name of an image, for example if I had a batch automation that would crop my images to 500, then save for web, then it would save the original file name in one folder, and (using the .txt file) it would rename the file another name and drop it in a different folder. Any help would be greatly appreciated, the way I do it right now is sort of mickey mouse, I use "useful file utilities" with the R and R plug in just to rename, then I have to batch those and the originals, it would be nice to get rid of that extra step.

Basically they where toys that had a little gijoe sized figure that could fit into it. And thats pretty much all the info I remember about them, the robot itself was about 6.5 inches tall and the gi joe figure was about 4 inches.
