There is this person at my church. I am in charge of our Sunday School program. The person in common committed a sexual crime 40 years ago. He was released after five years and has committed no crimes since his release. I need to know if Pennsylvania law provides any guidelines on this matter. His offense did not involve minors, but still I need to check the legalities. While this person has been an upstanding member of the church, I still feel uneasy.

I don't have a lot of money for promotional activity. I have a CD that has just been released and I am trying to develop strategies to get air play that will hopefully result in sales. The genre is soul with an old school flavor.

Back in May of this year I was contacted by a Venue in Philadelphia and asked to perform this coming Friday. I answered the email and agreed to do so. The venue asked me for a picture. I sent one. I remarked that the event was on my calender. Now that the day is approaching I have not heard from the Venue and I have tried to call and confirm. My calls have not been returned and my emails have been unanswered. I have turned down other paying clients because I though there was an agreement with the venue. My question is, does our email agreement constitute a contract?. Do I have any recourse?

I was out driving at dawn this morning. It was a full moon. Suddenly I noticed a shadow - like a bar, much like the bars on a TV when the picture rolls. It was on the bottom third of the moon, then it slowly moved up until it disappeared over the top. I was wondering if anyone else saw it.

I currently have Cingular (ATT), but after ten years of being a faithful custermer because I have a couple of late payments they will not let me upgrade my phone. I feel as though they do not want my business so I am thinking of switching to T-Mobile. As an entertainer I travel a lot to other cities. T-Mobile users, are you satisfied with your service? Do you get a lot of dropped calles? Is their network wide enough to cover the major cities I travel to and also the rural areas? Would you recommend T-Mobile ?

I am a small time entertainer and I produce and sell my own CD's out of my vehicle. I need to know what the best inkjet paper is for Case inserts. I used to use kodak, the kind without the writing on the back but they stopped making that paper, At least in my area. Any help would be much appreciated.

I am a performer, more specifically a singer. I have recently been given the opportunity to perform overseas (I am in the United States). I have never traveled that far as a performer and I do not know what to charge. The night club will pay my airfare, cabfair to and from the club, and they will provide me two meals on the days the I work. I would work five days a week for eight weeks. I would do three 45 minute sets a night. They also have an apartment that performers stay in so they provide lodging. I am not a big name, but I do get a lot of standing ovations and accolades when I perform. Does anyone know what an appropriate price would be?

I just got off the phone with a young lady that I admire. She is breaking it off with her boyfriend. Why is it that I seem to always be the sounding board for women but not the one they choose to go out with. I must have listened to dozens of sad stories over the years from women about their bf's. Yet here I sit. It is not that I am not getting out. I go out and meet people but I always wind up the one who listens and supports instead of the one in the driver's seat. I know I can do a lot better than the guys I have heard about from them. What is wrong with me?

I just bought a new car and the cd player in it plays regular and MP3 CD's. I am told MP3 CD's hold much more music than regular CD's. So I go to NAPSTAR and I down load a bunch of MP3, but when I go to burn the CD the songs are converted into regular CD's. Is there ary way to burn MP3 CD's. If so how. Do I need additional software?

Okay this is very difficult for me because I know I am making myself vulnerable to all the cruel idiots out here. However I don’t really care what they think and I will report abusive answers pronto. Beside you can’t say much that I haven’t already felt or said to myself.

This is very hard to talk about for me but here goes, I have Erectional Disorder (ED) which is a nice way of saying that my soldier does not stand at full attention any more. This is devastating for me because I was always proud of my endowment and my ability to use it. Now I feel so ashamed and I feel that I have nothing to offer a woman.

I often see women that I think are attractive and I see them looking at me but I just freeze up at the last moment because I don’t want to explain my problem to them and wind up getting rejected and hurt. I know I am good at pleasing women in other ways but I am sure that for most of them it all comes down to penetration.

What should I do? I have tried the current meds and they don’t seem to work. Any suggestions.
