There were a series of mahjong games online in the late 90's. Can't remember the guy's name, but they were awesome...?
He had beautiful tiles and backgrounds that were interchangeable. Some of the games had marbles instead of tiles. He also had jigsaw puzzles. They were wonderful for the time. Does anyone recall this? Thanks!
1 AnswerVideo & Online Games7 years agoThere was a comedy show in the 70s that had a skit about jive dancers and ballerinas dancing together to classical music?
Does anyone remember this, or what show it was? I remember it being soo funny. It doesn't seem like the type of thing they would have had on SNL.

2 AnswersComputer Networking7 years agoHas anyone here ever done quantum jumping, and can you share your experience?
I have read about quantum jumping, and my understanding of it is that every choice we make creates an alternate universe in which we go on to have made the other choice and live with the consequences. Quantum jumping allows you to visit your other "selves" in these alternate universes and gain wisdom from them.
Has anyone here ever accomplished this? Can you share your experience? Thank you!
4 AnswersParanormal Phenomena7 years agoMy son's ex had the courts place a domestic violence restraining order issued against my son...?
He didn't commit any violence upon her, but they lost their home and to avoid having to live on the streets, she lied to the police so she could get into a women's shelter. He is living in a van and trying to get his life together, but she just keeps showing up like nothing's wrong and will not leave. She eats his food and uses the supplies that he works so hard to provide himself. If he is seen with her, he will be arrested. He has asked her numerous times to stay away, but she tells him if he doesn't stop, she will call the police herself and have him arrested. Is there anything he can do to get her away from him without risking arrest? If he calls the police, will they listen to what's going on, or will they just arrest him for violating the restraining order?
4 AnswersLaw & Ethics7 years agoI have an Acer Chromebook. It shows my location incorrectly. How do you change your computer's location?
It shows me as living in San Leandro, CA - the correct location is Brisbane, CA. How does one change the location info on a Chromebook? I've looked at the manual and all the forums but haven't found the answer. Thank you!
2 AnswersOther - Computers7 years agoDoes anyone know if removing the husks from garbanzo beans removes any nutrients?
I started making my own hummus a couple of months ago, and recently found some recipes where they tell you to remove the husks to get a smoother hummus. I was just wondering if in doing so I am losing some nutrients that are contained in the husks? Thank you!

1 AnswerOther - Food & Drink8 years agoFree Cancer Resources?
Does anyone know of any free resources for someone with stage 4 cancer? She has just been told that her insurance will no longer pay for any procedures, etc., and will henceforth have to pay $1400 per month for any insurance at all, plus co-payments which she cannot afford. Without some kind of medical help, even if only palliative, she doesn't have a chance. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
2 AnswersCancer8 years agoWhat would be a reasonable rate to charge for ghostwriting plus?
I am assisting an 85 year old gentleman in writing his autobiography, and I find that not only am I taking dictation, interviewing and asking questions to jog his memory and get more information, but also editing and rewriting most parts to make it more readable. The family is well off and though I do not intend to take advantage, I would like to be paid a reasonable rate for the work. Please advise as to what that may be. Thank you!
