While I was serving my country at war in Iraq I received a shoulder injury.upon my return to the states I had four procedures done on my shoulder to correct it.my Doctor said it was a problem that no surgeon in the world can fix.as time went on I developed more complications.at this point this is the rundown of the damage.grade 3 degenerative joint disease,Grade 3 Chondromalacia,Chondrolysis,anterior inferior instability,adhesive capsulitis,and sympathetic reflex dystrophy(to name a few).these diseases greatly reduced my range of motion (forward flexion is 20 out of 180,A B duction 20 out of 180,and external rotation is negative 10 out of 90).All of this with a intolerable amount of pain at rest and with motion(what ever little motion I have left.

Judging by what is wrong with me do you think I have a good case for PAGCL and what is the average money awarded for Pain and suffering

The turn signal on my 2003 town and country is faster on the left than it is on the right. it used to happen every once in a while but now it stays that way.not only that but my left tail light is not working well either (very dim most of times and other times works well) could this be a fuze problem or a bulb problem if so how do I go about fixing it myself so I dont feel overcharged at a repair shop.

I am a disabled Combat Veteran and I have been a pain patient for the past 4 years (I am also pending shoulder replacment surgery).recently I put in the paperwork for a refill on my medication like the Doctor told me to.but she sent me a letter back telling me that she has to see me first before she will refill it.why didnt she tell me this while I was at her office so I could have avoided the situation I am in.it has been since the end of October since I had pain medication and already missed about 2 weeks of work because of it.

what should I do to rememdy this situation, the pain is intense and I dont want to miss anymore work because of it

the earliest appointment date they gave me is January 3rd
