I would like to see a snow and we're visiting Istanbul on Nov 15-20. I know that it is already winter in there but I'd like to check whether it is already snowing. If not, any suggestion where do we have to go (in Turkey) for us to experience a snow. Thanks.

5:00 PM or 1700 hrs is what? 5:00 in the afternoon? or evening? Some people say that evening starts at 4:00. But what I know is that evening starts at 6:00. Which is correct?

I have some small red marks, blemishes, looking like freckles on my arms. I got it 3years back and the red marks are not going. Dermatologist told me it's a skin asthma. Can you expound what skin asthma is and what are the remedies for it. My dermatologist gave me some skin cream but it was unsuccessful.
