  • Weird coil pack issue?

I am working on a friends 2001 Santa Fe with a 2.7 liter 6 cylinder. The front coil pack (#1 and #4) is not working. I have 12+ volts to the coil with the key on and also while it is running. I switched out the front coil pack with the center coil pack and the front coil works in the center position but the center coil does not work in the front position. I tried a new coil pack with the same results. I pulled off the #4 wire and the #1 still does not spark. I pulled off the #1 wire and the #4 still does not spark. Anyone have ANY suggestions? This thing is driving me crazy(er) and it is not driving my buddy anywhere very fast on 2 cylinders. Thanks.

  • How do I tell my mom that moving close to me is ok, if she keeps her distance?

My situation. I am 40. My mother and I have a good relationship but we do not talk or see each other a lot. I love my mom, don't get me wrong, but I have my own life and family and she has not put much effrort in keeping in touch too much either. She and my brother (32 and worthless) live together. I am now in the process of moving to another state and she recently mentioned she wants to move here. I would love to see my mom more and have her spend time with the grandkids, but without my brother. He and I do not get along. He treats my mom bad, not physically, but he mooches from her and talks bad to her sometimes. Also, I do not want to cause trouble with her and my wife if she starts spending too much time with usm not allowing us to have family time. How do I tactfully tell my mom these things?

  • My stereo speaker doed not work in my truck unless I remove it from the door. Is a speaker casing supposed to

be grounded to the frame of the vehicle? When it is not grounded to the frame it works fine but when I put it back in, as soon at the screw grounds the speaker case to the door, no sound.

  • If you drill a hole all the way through the earth, and then fall into the hole, won't gravity keep you from

falling out the hole in the other isde of the earth? Will you just hover there in the center of the earth? (theoretically speaking since it is very hot in the center of the earth and it would probably be impossible to drill a hole all the way through).
