I have custody of my 14 year old sons. If something happens to me I want my sons to be raised by their Aunt and Uncle. Their father has nothing to do with them now. He has his own agenda and life style. He has a drug problem. He is presently homeless, and always out of a job. I don't want my sons to grow up in that environment if something happens to me. Do I have to prove him unfit now? I know their father would just take them for the life insurance and Social Security benefits. He has no desire to raise them.

There is diffently some very young people on here. Sometimes I feel as if I am back in Jr. high. Should yahoo have categories for teens and preteens..ect. Adult section for adults.

I don't have my children for three weeks. What are some of the things you would do if you were single and no children. This is a first for me. Longest I have been chid free is three days... I was awakened last night at 3:48 am by someone knocking on my bedroom door. I thought it was one of my sons. When I called my sons name out and asked what was the matter. The reply I got was from a man's voice I did not know. He said his name. I said what the hell do you want! He said I am looking for Nick. I yelled get the hell out of my house. I heard my front door shut. I got out of my room and looked around my house. Nothing was touched. I live two blocks from a bar. I figured it was a drunk. I didn't call the police because the man left. Would you have called the police any way?

My ex refuses to pay child support. Yet he goes around telling everyone that he is broke because of all the money he pays in child support. That really irks me. He tells my sons that he can't take them any where because he is broke because of all the money he is supposedly sending me for support. He is such a loser. It is really hard to not want to defend yourself when someone is lying about you all the time. He doesn't just lie about child support he lies about all most every facit of his life. I have gone to the prosecutor over the support. But that takes time. I just don't understand why people lie.

Every man I have talked to online or in person it has turned to a sexual conquest. Is it a given after forty the first time you go out with a man your supposed to sleep with them? Do men think divorced women over forty are so desparate they will jump in the sack with whom ever?
