  • Shouldn't OIdon't care follow Hoover, Truman and Eisenhower?

Presidents Hoover, Truman and Eisenhower enacted bills that returned millions of illegal peoples to their place of birth to benefit the US. Hoover during the recession and Truman and Eisenhower(the Wet Back Bill) to benefit returning GIs. With 12 to 15 million illegals in the US, and returning GIs unalbe to find employment, isn't it time our government looks to the past and enacts legislation to protect our Gis in their OWN COUNTRY.

  • Shouldn't Arizona law also address Anchor Babies?

Arizona, through state legislation, is trying to control the numbers of illegal people draining their social services. My concern is the anchor babies born to these illegals that, by way of birth soil, are considered US citizens. Then used as pawns when illegal parents face legal deportation.

What do you think of expanded legislation that would only consider a newborn a US citizen if born to people legally in the US?

  • Arizona in forefront of ILLEGAL battle.?

Arizona, through state legislation, is attempting to control the number of illegal peoples draining their social services.

My concern is the anchor babies born to these illegals that, by way of birth soil, are considered United States citizens & used as pawns when parents face legal deportation.

What do you think of legislation that would only give citizenship to babies born of people in our Country legally? Illegal = No status.

It is estimated the Health Care Reform Law will provide medical treatment options to an estimated 7 to 11 million illegal aliens.

  • Is administrative discharge enough for failure to deploy?

Single mother said she refused to deploy to afghan as she had no one to care for her infant son. Army chose administrative discharge in-lieu of courts martial, dishonorable discharge and prison as punishment. Brings to mind individual named Cassius Clay(but he went to jail didn't he?). Do you believe the punishment chosen is adequate for this individual who chose to serve until that service became inconvenient?

  • Roman Polanski fugitive from justice?

In 1977 movie producer Roman Polanski fled the U. S. for France after pleading guilty to feeding whiskey and qualludeds to a 13 YO girl then, after rendering her incapable of resisting, having sex with her.

He has been arrested in Switzerland on US warrant. He awaits return to US to answer for crime. France and Poland are pressing for his release, after all he only pled guilty to sexual offense involving a drunken drugged minor.

These governments are going to ask Pres Obama for official pardon.

Should foreign governments become involved, should US president become involved? Is going to become another case of the rich and famous using money, power and influence to escape justice?

  • After taking 46 billion in tax bail out money Bank of America refuses to fly the American Flag.?

A lady in Georgia placed small american flags along the curb in front of a branch of the Bank of America. She continued along the street placing flags in honor of a fallen Marine to be buried that day. As she returned placing flags on the other side of the roadway she noticed the flags in front of the BOA missing. She crossed and began replacing them. The branch manager stopped her explaining the BOA policy is no flag is flown at the banks so as not to offend customers. Fallen Marine or not the flags were not allowed in front of the building.

What do you think of this policy by an institution that received 46 billion AMERICAN tax dollars of bailout monies?

  • Is Bank of America really B of America?

On 09-22-09, in Georgia, a lady took upon herself to line a roadway with small American Flags in honor of a Marine from her town being returned home after giving his life fighting in Afghanistan. Part of the roadway lined passed a branch of The Bank of America. This financial institution received $45 Billion American Taxpayer dollars in the Banking bailout. When the lady returned to this area lining the opposite side of the roadway with flags she noticed the flags in front of the bank were missing. Thinking she failed to place flags there she crossed and began placing flags. The bank branch manager accosted her explaining she could NOT place flags in front of the bank. Bank policy prohibited displaying any flag, including the American Flag (Bank Of America [remember] ) for fear of offending depositors. Who would be offended is unknown but I can't conceive of any American depositor being offended by the flying of the stars and stripes.

So my question above. My solution remove any deposits with this bank.

  • France Human Rights Minster refers to France as "Doormat?

Recently Moammar "Daffy" Gadhafi was awarded $14.7 Billion in deals for arms and nuclear reactors by the Franch government. Prompting the "doormat" response from the Human Rights Minister.

I find this odd coming from a government official whose country has a history of throwing up its arms and putting out the welcome mat to invaders. Don't You?

  • My question concerns the burning issue of slavery reparations.................................................

Who should ultimately be held reaponsible of human slavery? My family emigrated from Germany to Pennsylvania prior to the war of independance. Both maternial and parternial ancestors fought in that war. Also I have direct ancestors that fought in the Civil War (against slavery). So, I would object to any of my tax dollars going toward any reparations for the decendants of slaves.

As to who should be held accountable, I believe, there remains discussion on this matter. Shouldn't the blame for this practice be placed directly at the feet of the person orginating the practice? That, of course, would be the stronger African tribe that captured members of the weaker African tribes to sell them to the slavers that brought them to the Colonies to be sold for profit.

Yes, I believe, the blame for this horriible practice belongs solely with the captives African brothers.

Finally are any victims and suspects still living? Does the statue of limitations apply?
