  • How dual-boot Fedora 10 with Windows XP SP2 without endangering my files?

    I have two partitions:

Partition 1: Drive C: 55.8 GB, all of my files are located, including XP

Partition 2: Drive F: 18.6 GB, clean formatted

My intentions are to dual boot Fedora 10 in XP.

I read some of the literature out there that this is possible.

I am not prepared to back-up my files because this is not possible.

(about half of the 1st Partition is made up of very important files, all of which have nowhere to go, I'm working on only one hard drive)

If so, is it possible to install Fedora 10 in the 2nd Partition without affecting the first one?

This has no expansion packs and is version 1.1. I have been suffering severe lags when I'm playing the single player campaign and instant missions.
