I'm having date night tonight, and I want it to be really special. I'm trying to look up aphrodisiac wines I can bring with me to the date, and not sure where to go to get it. I live by a Fishers, Giant Eagle, Walmart or Acme. Could you please reccomend a wine that might be available at any of these retailers... to help me spark the mood?

I am a reference librarian, and looking for a unique way to promote my library. I am also a runner, so I was thinking of running a 10K race, and using that as a way of promotion; but aside from wearing a library t-shirt during the race, I don't have any better ideas for marketing. The funding for our library isn't great, so I'm pretty sure that "sponsoring" a race would be unrealistic. Can anyone give me any ideas for supporting/marketing/promoting my public library at a 10K race??

I'm on a diet and exercise program right now, and last night I made pasta made from semolina wheat flour. I heard it's bad to eat anything made from "white" flour on a diet... Is semolina that bad?

I live in Ohio, and I'm not an expert with gardening, and even though I try my best, my attempts usually fail. I'm thinking if I can just have a climbing vine it will be less maintenance throughout the year. I've cleaned up and combed my gardening bed which is at the base of a surrounding fence. Would you advise that I wait until the spring to plant the seeds to a climbing hydrangea or could I plant them now in the fall so that they can start maturing?

Existentialism is a way of life. But is there a field or credential one might obtain to become an expert in existentialism such as philosophy? Is it necessary?

I know I want to go back to graduate school for a degree in English, because I am interested in teaching at a postgraduate level. There are several universities who hire individuals with their masters in the subject area they would be teaching. I'm leaning more towards the Masters program, because isn't it true that if you get your doctorate degree, you have to have so many publications and additional schooling to maintain doctoral status? And I don't want to do that. I don't want to spend my entire life studying, I want to enjoy life. I am passionate about English in many ways, and I would love to teach the subject. What is your advice?

I only have about 3 or 4 timeslots available during the week for my workouts. This is what it looks like right now:

Monday: 20 minutes of cardio, 100 crunches, Upper Body (weights)

Wednesday: 20 minutes of cardio, 100 crunches, Lower Body (weights)

Friday: (same as Monday)

Saturday or Sunday (same as Wednesday)

Is this a good schedule? I was thinking that some people might work out their upper and lower bodies on the same day. What do you reccomend I do?

My little brother is on his way to winning state championships for high school football. This is extremely significant for our family because the last time our high school won the state championships was when my deceased father played in 1970. I have a website as an online business that makes personalized bibliographies for individuals seeking information. I know it would do really great if more people knew about it, but I'm having trouble getting the word out. I think the best thing for me to do would be to write up a press release and send it to relevant publications. The only problem is, I know if I make it sound too much like an "ad," they're not going to publish it. How can I think of a way to write a press release to advertise my site that will get published?

The website I've created allows my patrons to specify their informational needs in several specifications (through the great online form) and I provide them with a bibliography of substantial sources they can use to learn about their desired topic. The charge for this service is very reasonable, and I know that if more people knew about this service, it would branch out and be a great success! Can anyone please give me some ideas on how to market this great new service?
