  • Must law abiding, tax payers take the law into their own hands to deal with illegals?

ICE refuses to investigate (much less detain/prosecute), the "illegal" immigrant I married on a Fiance Visa she LIED to obtain! One that she was not eligible to have in the first place (Moral Turpitude aka Child Abuser). Since her arrival here she has committed at LEAST five other Felonies (documented), but still no investigations or prosecutions for these crimes. Now broke from her stealing everything not nailed down, I may soon be evicted for her destruction of my finances as well (mail fraud).

  • What is the statute of limitations for breach of contract in Texas?

What is the time allowed for filing a civil suit for breach of contract (written contract) for the extension of credit (credit card debt) in the State of Texas?

  • Is Colonial Capital Finance a "legitimate" financial institution?

I just received contact from a representative of this "company" for my application for their "Unsecured Loan" program. In this contact he stated that I would need to submit thousands of dollars to their company (as a Security Deposit), to obtain an "UNSECURED Loan" from them!

  • How do you get any ACTION from USCIS against illegal immigrant?

My "ex" came here under a Fiance Visa she was not Legally entitled to (immigration fraud), I divorced her during her Two Year Conditional Residency so USCIS says I had NO RIGHT to speak against her "Conditional Status" being removed from her residency!

Now two years later, she has committed 4 or 5 FELONIES (that I know of), and she has married MY brother in an effort to "cash in" on his life insurance!!

NOTE: She was not entitled to the Fiance Visa due to Moral Turpitude (Child Abuser).

  • Who Investigates/prosecutes PERJURY to Homeland Security?

Under the U.S. Patriot Act, FALSE statements were submitted to Homeland Security (aka Perjury). Who do I report this to?

  • Will Criminal Convictions BAR my "ex" from receiving citizenship?

My "ex" is here in the U.S.A. on a Fiance Visa she NEVER had a right to, attempted Marriage Fraud to stay, now has committed several FELONY criminal acts.

I have been DENIED the right to speak against her "conditional status" being removed from her residency since we are divorced (even though I petitioned for her to come as my Fiance)!!!

Will Obama's "amnesty" allow her to become a U.S. citizen?

  • Anyone else have their family members PAY for the divorce lawyer to sue their SON for more money for the "ex"?

My mother, sister, and brother helped pay for my "ex" wife's divorce lawyer (which I could not afford one after she SWINDLED me into bankruptcy), only so she could try for Spousal Support that she was not legally entitled to?

  • Can the U.S. State Department issue Passports to non-citizens?

Or must the passport come exclusively from the individuals' native country??

  • Why provide "False Identification" when applying for a Marriage License?

My "ex" even went so far as to travel to a remote county seat, so they would not have any Public Records on file of her previous marriage and divorce, in which she NEVER changed her name "back" to her maiden name, and would therefore show her identification she was using was "FALSE"!!

  • How many Passports (with different names), can an individual have at the same time?

My "ex" has been using her "old" passport (maiden name on it), as her identification even though ALL her recent identification has her married name on it (including her "new" passport). She NEVER changed her name "back" to her maiden name (even during the divorce)..

Wouldn't the issuance of the "new" Passport (with the married name on it), make her original passport INVALID for travel or identification purposes?

She has been using the "old" passport to identify herself when applying for Texas State issued Licenses, if that helps clarify things.

  • Is a Marriage License with False Identity on it, "legal"?

In the State of Texas, if a Marriage License has a "False Name" on it (intentionally), (HSC, SEC.195.003), is the License "legal"? And would the subsequent Marriage Ceremony be Valid??

  • Why Immigration REFUSES to detain/deport illegal immigrant?

I have been diligently trying to have my Lying, Thieving, Child Abusing, Trollop of an "ex" wife removed from the U.S.A. for more than 2 years! She just remarried in the hopes that she will become a RICH, WIDOW, with her "good name" restored, once she arranges for the death of her "new" husband (my BROTHER)!!

She "ended" our marriage yet failed to tell me or Immigration that she considered our marriage over after just 9 days of marriage!!! She even confessed her intentions of committing Marriage Fraud in an e-mail to me after moving out (USCIS informed of this), yet NOTHING has been done to date!

  • Conditions of Conditional Residency Never met, why is she still here?

My Filipina "ex-wife" and I divorced during our first year of marriage, since she entered into the U.S.A. under a Fiance Visa (and did not even "claim" any abuse in the relationship), how can she legally be allowed to STAY here?

She just married again on Saturday, to her "new love" .....my BROTHER!!!!!!!!!!

I informed USCIS on several occasions of her deceptions (including her written confession of Marriage Fraud), yet they have FAILED to do anything about deporting her. Now, I believe she intends for my brother to suffer a fatal accident, so she can return to the Philippines a rich, widow, with her "good name" restored!

  • Is it possible to "research" Life Insurance Policies in each State, to prevent a homicide for profit?

I fear my brother's NEW bride (my "ex-wife"), will arrange for him to suffer a "fatal accident" so she may collect life insurance upon his death. Is it possible to determine what policies have been issued insuring his Life in each State, to validate/dispel my suspicions?

  • Is there a register of Life Insurance Policies issued in each State?

I am trying to determine if Life Insurance Policies have been taken out on my brother's life, without his knowledge. I fear that he is being targeted for an "accidental death", so his NEW bride (my "ex-wife"), can become a RICH WIDOW!

Is there any form of "registration" of Life Insurance Policies issued in each State?

I know she could have obtained life insurance coverage for him by just answering a few questions online, without ANY physical exam required!

How do I "search" for policies issued against his life in ALL States?

I fear that she has arranged for him to suffer an "accident" during their upcoming trip back to her homeland (Philippines), where she can "purchase" the services of a hired killer for as little as $500.00! (She has already been making "death threats" against anyone who would interfere with her marriage)!

  • Can a lawsuit be Published without you being "served" first?

I live in Texas, and I just found out that I am being sued for a credit account that I have.

I only discovered this by reading the Records section of our local paper. I have never been "served" any court papers by a Constable (normal procedure), nor have I received any court papers via Certified Mail (aka "sewer service")!

Am I being DENIED my right to "due process"? How do I respond to this effort to by-pass informing me of pending litigation?

I don't want to allow this character a "default" judgment by not appearing, (as apparently he is attempting to arrange).

  • How long can a bank "withhold" your deposit?

My Federal paycheck is direct deposited to my bank account (employers' insistence), but my bank has now decided that they have the right to fore go depositing those funds when they are transferred from my employer to my bank (for at least two days). Now, they have "changed" my deposit day for my VA compensation checks without advising me prior to the change.

As a result I was just assessed $248.00 in overdraft fees, while they "held" my deposits out of my account!!!

How long can they "hang on to my direct deposits" (and draw interest on the funds), before they are required to post them to my account?
