  • is everybody's baby like this?

At around 8 months of pregnancy, i started going through preterm labour and had to limit my activity. My water broke a week early (39 weeks-7am) and i was in the hospital at around 10am. I stayed in active labour until 11pm when the doctor came and induced me and advised me to go for an epidural (i was opting for a natural labour) i said no and continued pushing. At 1am after no progress, i went in for an emergency c-section. My baby girl was 9.5lbs and 24 inches :)

A week after my c-section, i ended up in the hospital again as i developed an infection and was bleeding from the incision site. this continued for about 4 weeks. I was on antibiotics and unable to breast feed (as the medication made my baby sleepy)

4 weeks after, when i got better...my baby wouldn't take the breast and my problems continued. she would cry when coming off the bottle and having burping problems. It would take so long to feed her as she would occasionally vomit as well.

When she started getting used to the bottle, she developed problems with her formula and i went from ready-to-feed to powder. BUT the powder caused her to cough and i went BACK to ready-to-feed (the nurse said as long as i was on the same brand-enfamil-i could switch types)

AFTER her feeding problem, she developed very hard and green stool. I took her to the hospital and the doctors found nothing wrong with her. Her poo was very hard and dry and we gave her warm baths and exercises, she's still crying when she poops, but i guess thats normal.

NOW, she has little red bumps over her face, neck and chest. We're told it's prickly heat and am trying to keep her cool. In addition to this, whenever we have visitors over she doesnt sleep well at night, she cries uncontrolably at night and wont sleep. We thought it was colic but she doesnt cry for 3 hours ALL the time, just for an hour near her bedtime in the eveing and ONLY after we have visitors.

I keep waiting for things to get easier and better...but they dont. My baby girl is about 2 months old and i just feel depressed most of the time because it seems i have the most horrible luck.

Will things improve? Sometimes i just feel like taking a short vacation...i feel as if i've almost reached my limit....any advice?

  • hmmm, Okay...my fiance and i have a great relationship. HOWEVER, i told him im a virgin. But, im not!?

I didn't have a great sexual experience, and all he did was stick it in and then out. It hurt a lot, and i'm sure im not a virgin anymore...the hymen definatly popped cuz i bleed. This was YEARS ago...and i haven't had sex since. Im really scared what my fiance will think, i've told him i use tampons so i probbaly wont bleed our first night. I dont want to tell him the truth because i dont think my first experience should count.

My friends have said that because i havent had sex in a long time, i might be tight again. Will my fiance be able to tell im not a virgin?!?!?!

    What do i do??
