Sorry its long but please read it!

I don't mean like tips to pick up girls or anything I just need to improve my social skills. I used to be very good at conversing. I was confident in my speech and funny and witty. Idk what happened but after high school ended and i went to college I just havnt been able to interact with people like I used to. I've become very shy and quiet which is a complete change of my past self. It's almost as if I'm trying too hard to say the right things or trying too hard to be smart or funny. And its not just when talking to people who i don't know. even with co workers i have trouble having smooth conversations. I just can't have normal good conversations with anyone except my parents(which is terrible) .I'm pretty sure I've developed like a social anxiety disorder and I just need some advice. Another thing I have noticed is that it has gotten worse since I had started taking adderal for my ADD about 3 months ago. Maybe that's not actually making it worse and It's all just in my head. So yeah I just need some help with this because I've become a real loner and it sucks. I'm not asking for help to become mr popular or get all the girls(never thought I'd say that lol), I just wanna have friends and be able to talk to anyone about anything. Any advice will help. Thanks a lot.

I love to talk about sports. Is there a website where they give you a topic about sports and lets you and anyone else say what you want and comment about it?

My girlfriend is in china right now and i want to break up with her. I cannot wait until she gets back at the end of the summer. We both knew our relationship was having trouble and we both knew the end was near. She would never break up with me...shes too nice. We just had a better friendship than relationship and i want it to go back to that. How should i break up with her? She has no access to a phone...the only thing she has is a computer....should i do it over an email. HELP!
