I purchased a new cell phone Saturday, and that night started receiving calls and messages from someone, I on Monday told the person calling they had the wrong number, they called again, I called back tues, and spoke to them, they called an hour later,

This morning called again, I returned the call and told them again it was a cell phone to stop calling me, he said it was a home phone and would take the number off the list, they just called again, I looked them up and they are a preditatory loan company and call people up to 20 times a day. I am bothered by these calls at work, and just bothered by them, Is there a action I can take? I live in Ohio.

I have had her for 2 months now, and she knows sit, wait, lay down, even go get your ball,lets play, walk, so I know she is smart, but no matter what I have tried she attacks everyone that tries to come in the house! not mean but she is about 60 lbs now, and very strong, she knocks the kids down, and has me a few times to. As I was going through a divorce my IDs were taken I was in the process of obtaining new ones, and had a temporary Drivers I.D. with an app. to retake the test. He also tried to shut off all utilities, DP&L shut off my service (the others did not) without any notice while I was at work. They then wanted 130. deposit to switch it in my name, but refused my I.D. It was a day later and I had to have it revoked for a state Id, they then said they would turn it on the next day, I called back with a Western Union for 130.00 and they then said were under a heat advisory and would turn it on Mon. I called Pcu and they made them turn it on Fri. night. 3 days later.I lost over 1,000. dollars from this and then they credited the deposit to my husbands business partner. have tried to resolve the deposit amount but they won't, think I have grounds for legal action but I don't know what to do. I can't afford an Attorney, I did keep all paper work on all of this.

do they read them and elaborate on them to come up with a better response? Or do most of them just say the first thing that comes to mind?
