Speed Camera - No Number Plate?
What happens if you are photographed by a speed camera from the front while test driving a brand new car with only a dealer plate on the back? The authorities won't have anything other than the car details without a rego sticker and number plate, so do they bother to try to track down the driver or what? I'm wondering if they'd treat this the same a motorbike, as they also don't have number plates on the front.
