I was laid off 5 months ago due to a reduction in workforce. I have been unemployed since then. My previous employer contacted me and offered a similar, but different, position. The position comes with a 10k raise, but I have to relocate to another state. I am pretty sure I am going to accept the position, but wanted to know if it is acceptable to ask for my tenure back? (i.e. Years of service in relation to vacation accrual (increases based on years of service), vested balance of 401k) Thanks for your advice in advance!

I have DSL on my computer at the house and it is great other than the myspace site. It will try to bring up the page, sometimes it does, sometimes it doesnt, usually after about 5 min it times out and says page cannot be displayed. My aunts dial up connection on her computer works faster with this site! I have ran antivirus software, tried multiple browsers and still get the same results....This happens all of the time, It only happens on this particular site. I understand this is a high traffic site, but like I said my aunts computer does not seem to have a problem at all. Do you have any suggestions or solutions?
