I train butterflies, collect lexicons and palindromes and I write syllogisms. My favourite words are absquatulate, doofus, hyperbole, clepsydra, dogmatic, malapropism, malfeasance, pedantic, peripatetic, bailiwick, neologism, parsimonious, facetious, vituperate, vertiginous, febrile, internecine, hubris, paleolithic, troglodyte and pulchritudinous. I'm not a kegler, a philatelist or a thespian. I've never met a campanologist and I try to avoid using perpendicular pronouns if at all possible. I've been on Table Mountain, Uluru (Ayers Rock), Jacobshorn and Sugarloaf Mountain. I know a cruciverbalist, a farrier and a numismatist. I'm not Polish and I've never been to Poland, but I know the first verse of the Polish national anthem.
