  • Help with running issues?

    I want to get back into shape and want to start running. The problem is I have always sucked at long distance running. I was a very good athlete back in the day and still couldn't run long distance. Now, I'm older and thicker than I was (fat and muscle).

    The problems I need to overcome are the following:

    1) How to go about starting running again. I haven't seriously ran in a several years. I need help setting up a program to start slow and work up.

    2) Getting shin splints often when I run

    3) Breathing methods/techniques

  • Is Eurotrip easily the most overlooked comedy?

    I didn't see anything about this movie until my friend rented it. I laughed my *** off. Can anyone tell me if it even made it to theaters?
