Ok this is what has happened.
I took stuff off of the start menu , Restarted , Restart froze , Turned off the computer , Turned the computer back on , Popped up with black screen with alert message. Here is the alert. ALERT SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO REBOOT SYSTEM HAVE FAILED
FAILED AT CHECKPOINT TIME CONTACT TECH SUPPORT.
Contacted Dell tech support and they want money first before they will help. Can anyone help PLZ. Job depends on having computer.
