I just purchased a Palm Treo 650. I found that note pad (the scribble a note program) is missing. Is this for a reason? Is there some way I can get the program back?

I use a computer that different people log on and off of. I want to find a way to see the times and dates the computer has been logged onto. Most of the time the computer has to be rebooted for the next person to use it. So even if I could find a way to see the times and dates my windows based computer has been turned on would help.
