Make long story short..My neighbor's are crazy. They have bad record's with the law.I had lived at my home all my life.They made alot of threat's on my animal's,kid's and burning down my home. Well last spring they were harassing my son. About four month's later my dog was missing,now to find out now my cat was shot with a bb gun,a bb was lodged in his chest. Spring and summer is coming again. Just wondering what their planning next...PLEASE HELP need idea's to get even but not hard to do or caught.State Police are out of question...I can't prove nothing.

I have a boy, and a 2 yr. old daughter. Her father has been and is in jail for none support. He really has not help me with our daughter. We had a really bad fight before he was locked up,he had back handed me (we were both drinking and I was hitting him alot) I am afraid because all he did was threaten me,and I had filed a PFA against him, he has been in jail for 2 months now. I am so lost without him around. We had been together for 3 yrs. I mean we were unsepratable we did everything together. And of corse I love him with all my heart but it is not fair to me & my kids with him in and out of jail. Also can I really forgive or even forget him hitting me or being affraid that he would do it again. I can't even think of being with someone else even though what he done to me. Is it better to eventually get over him?

I had the state police tell my neighbor to stop messing with my mail & mailbox. She is still doing it I can't get her for harrassment or federal offence. I moved my mailbox they moved theirs next to mine AGAIN. Post office needs the report from the police to make them move their mailbox,I need a lawyer to get the report,& she continues to do thing's with the mailbox and go through and most likely reads the mail that she wants of mine.I'm trying to catch her on video but she waves and yells I'm smiling for the camera,and makes sure I don't do anything without her knowing her living room window is in line with my kitchen window,more or less she can see everything I do out side,she has the biggest nose that nobody can do something without her knowing. So how can I deal with this problem exspecially when the state police will not help me.And mostly yells across the street and tells me what to do with my kids & yells at my 9yr old bad words and sticks her middle finger up at him for nothing
