On his"mandatory release date", the jail released him back to the county jail where he was sentenced to wait until the work release program had a bed for him. He was convicted of a non-violent crime. Why is he still in jail. Why cant he get bail??

He was adopted really 5 months before he turned 18. When he turned 18, he went to live on his own. He wants to go to college to study graphic art. He has a job.

He was using drugs and riding with a guy who was stealing and selling to a pawn shop. They have him on video fighting the cops but not stealing. He said he didn't , they said he did steal. The security guard is a lady who said she was following him on camera because he was shopping alone. This was in Walmart's. My son looks Mexican. Will they believe him or the guard?
