  • Women advice?!?

I like this girl. She recently told me that she didn't want a relationship. Yet, after telling me that, I made a comment about one of her photos on MSN and how nice it was... she offered me a copy of it!? Why would she do that? And, after she told me that she didn't want a relationship, she went ahead and told me (after she had been drinking) that she kisses people when she drinks... again, why would she have told me this?

    Any opinions...

    Thanks.

  • I have a pulsating sensation in my head. Any ideas?

Hi there. For about the last four-five days, I've had a pulsating feeling in my head.

Know when you're sick or you're really tired, your head kinda feels like a bit of blood rushes in?! It's that feeling... I can't describe it in anyway.

    Anyone have a clue?

  • How to convince someone? Women only, please...?

Women only because they're the only ones who can read their own language...

I like this girl and we have great chemistry. We've been on a couple of dates. She has hurt someone in the past and has seen relationships end in the demise of friendships and doesn't want to go through that hardship herself.

I know that she wants a family but she says she isn't ready for a relationship now.

I completely understand her stance on this topic, but I also know that it doesn't make sense to hide for fear that something isn't going to work out, when there is a good chance that it might and something great might also come of it.

    What do I do?

Also, do I continue to hold her hand? Rub her arm, leg, play with her hair? Ask her on dates?

    Also, I understand, kinda:

What she's really saying is "Uh, get away from me now," or possibly "Try harder, stupid," but which one is it?

  • Woman advice?! Need help!!!?

I like this girl. We flirt, hold hands, things like that. She just won't tell me if she likes me, considering I don't ask.

We've only been on one official date and are going on a second one tomorrow but we've hung out every day for like the last two weeks.

Should I ask her if she likes me?

Is it weird after one date to ask her that?

If she said "Sure" to a date both times, is that a sign?

How does one initiate a kiss? (I know how to kiss, although not very good)?

When talking tonight about personal issues, I thanked her and she said something like "You're welcome. Isn't that what friends are for?!"

Does that mean she only wants to be friends?

    Thanks

  • Is it ethical to, as a manager, date your employee?

I am doing a research project for one of my business classes. This class is Ethics and we are required to do what is called "Primary Research" to help resolve the issue.

    Here is the "ethical" issue:

A company called R&CC hired an employee who became manager four years ago. We'll call her Sara. Several months later, this same company hired someone to be the General Manager. We'll call him Jeff. She is twenty two and he is thirty.

The two started dating a year-and-a-half ago and have since been married.

At R&CC there are rules against inter-office relationships. Furthermore, Sara has begun to drastically slack off at work during her daily/nightly duties, doing the bare minimum and sometimes less. There have been several complaints against her, nevertheless, she is still employed and her boss/husband does not do anything about it. The boss will discipipine his employees for dating each other.

What is/are the ethical issues? What should be done to resolve this issues?

  • How do I get rid of stretch marks?

After a bit of weight loss, I've got stretch marks on my stomach and continued stretch marks on my arms (bicep area). I'm using Cocoa Butter, but that doesn't seem to be working.

    Any other suggestions?

My main question, will tanning work to discolour the red or white of the scar?
