I like the flavor of a Mocha latte at Starbucks, but it is too sweet. The regular Latte is far too bitter and not sweet enough for my taste. I have ordered the Latte with one pump of mocha, and that still isn't sweet enough. Do any Starbucks experts have any recommendations something in between the sweetness of a Latte and a Mocha?

I've gotten a massage about 1-2 times a year for the last several years. The last two times when they were working on my neck and upper back down to my shoulder blades I felt a sensation in my lower back just above my butt...kind of a tingly twinge and almost like an internal "tickle".

Does anyone know what causes this, if there's a name for it, if it's common, and if I should be concerned since I never felt it prior to my last two massages?

It doesn't hurt at all, and it's not unpleasant, but it's strange to me. Also...the last two massages were done by different people than I'd seen before.
