Every time I try to open a file, ANY file, I get a message that says "The file you are trying to open has a virus and has been deleted."

I know there are no viruses because I am the one that has created most of these files. I need to open these attachments. Could it be my Norton 360 Antivirus protection? Should I uninstall it?

Any idea what is causing this?

I have Microsoft Word Starter 2010. I want to send documents of my resume' so they don't lose their format when they send them. I was told to lock them first, then send them. I was told to hit save as, then properties, then lock, but I can't find a lock option anywhere. I do not want to set up a password with these. I just want them to go through fine, then the receiver can hit "enable editing" to print it. Please HELP!!!!!!!!!!

I'm trying to attach my resume' to a company's website. If I copy and paste it, then the format gets screwed up. When I try to send it by PDF, it tells me that is not an acceptable way to send it. The only 4 ways are (doc, docx, txt, &rtf). When I sent it as a doc attachment, the lines got all jumbled. WHAT DO I DO NOW??????

I have a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. It is a 4 dr Jeep Wrangler. I have a hard top with tinted windows that match the tinted windows on the side back doors. The right side of my Jeep must have gotten sprayed with something, because the right hard top window and the right back door window each have about 20 chips in them and it looks like something may been sprayed against them. They are like brown chips, which may be from something acidic or maybe even rocks being thrown against them. Is there any chance that this may be covered by insurance? I'm looking to sell the Jeep and this will severely hurt it. The rest of the Jeep looks great. If not covered, what do you think my best plan of action would be to make these look good again?

I haven't driven it in the snow yet. What is the jeep normally in, 2 wheel drive? It is supposed to snow tonight, and I want to be sure I do the right thing tomorrow when I am driving and there is snow on the ground. Do I put the gear shifter into 4 wheel? Lo? I have no idea. Please help.

I have the full GPS screen, but the Uconnect isn't hooked up. How long should it take, and what should be the approximate cost?

I have a 2007 300C SRT8, and am told I cant rotate the tires because the rims are not interchangeable. I am told they are the same size, however, the front and backs do not match up perfectly. Any idea if this is true?
