My younger brother recently got into a pile of deep horse manure after my parents found out that he spent 100 dollars on ingame currency for a game.

My parents are trying this and that, but my mom doesn't want to report the purchases as fraudulent in fear of it getting on my brother's permanent record.

My brother is a minor, not even in middle school yet, and I wondered if this was true. Does it go on his permanent record or some kind of record? Will he even get charged with anything? If he is, does this affect anything at all?

There are 6 groups of people. Each group is given 7 ballots. On each ballot, there are two choices, X and Y.

There are 7 rounds. During each round, the 6 groups give their ballot to a moderator. Groups are unable to see or know of each others votes, but will be able to freely talk throughout this game.

Points are given as follows:

6Y(0X) Everyone +5

5Y(1X) Y's -2, X's +10

4Y(2X) Y's -4, X's +8

3Y(3X) Y's -6, X's +6

2Y(4X) Y's -8, X's +4

1Y(5X) Y's -10, X's +2

0Y(6X) Everyone -5

Each round has a multiplier. It is as follows: x1, x1, x2, x1,x3,x1, x10.

If everyone ties, everyone gets 6 dollars.

If there is a tie of 5,4,3, or 2 people, the winning groups get 7 dollars.

If there is one winner, everyone in the group gets 8 dollars.

Anyone without a positive score is not a winner.

In front of a bar, there was a policeman waiting to catch drunk drivers.

Of course, the policeman caught him immediately. He gave the driver a DUI test, and surprisingly, there were no traces of alchohol!

It ends up they call me "Marcus" even though my real name is not Marcus. It is kinda fun realizing how gullible these scammers are.
