  • have terminal lung cancer:progression expected prediction/guess?

    terminal lung ca. have some Hospice service till must move to their house. i would like some idea of how much longer i can care for myself & 3 big dogs. drive car. surgeon est abt 6 mos in 3/10. i have small cell Lt lung. no oxygen yet. how painful is dying from lung ca? even with Hospice Care & my request for max sedation. my main symptom now is weakness and tiredness. sleep abt 14hrs. minimum daily.thanks

  • i have lung Ca. Must do chemo. what can i expect with side effects? i've heard awful reports. surviyors?

    I would like to be able to talk with patients who actually went thru chemo to hear what they have to say about the side effects. Drs. often don.t really tell us how bad it will really be. they did say only 50/50 with the chemo,but i want to try. just want accurate info on pain & suffering. can i stick it out?

  • heart cath & angioplasty?

    i am soon to under go a cardiac catherazation and probable angioplasty with stents. i really have no idea what to expect, and maybe some others have had this actually done and can tell me more. the dr. made it sound very simple,and nothing at all to worry about. anything being done to my heart worries me. thanks. fiy548@yahoo.com
