For some reason, my classmates keep thinking that I like this girl and they keep going on and on and on and on and on and on and on about it. They are always going on about it and they are getting annoying. Right now, its the school holidays and I plan to take a new approach to the issue in the upcoming new year.

Will the world end tomorrow on Wednesday, 10th September 2008 because of the CERN LHC Particle Accelerator or will it successfully make a cycle?
What are the risks of the LHC causing a doomsday?
What time will the LHC be switched on to complete a cycle?
Is there any way possible of averting a black hole?
And most importantly, what are the chances of the LHC actually creating a black hole/doomsday device?
Thanks in advance and please don't get way to scientific, I understand basic but not too scientific...
