I am a widow of 19 months. Next month would have been our 3rd wedding anniversary but my beloved husband died of lung cancer just a few months after our 1st anniversary. He was the love of my life. I waited until I was 52 to find him, now he is gone. I am a single mom to 2 teenage boys. I bought a house and I am miserable. I feel like becoming a hermit and never leaving the house again. Better yet, I want nothing more than to just be with him. If my sister hadn't helped me buy this house and wasn't on the mortgage, I would end my own life but I can't do that to her. Is that really a good enough reason to live? My dr. told me about a month ago that if I don't stay on all my meds (hi blood pressure, thyroid, diabetes etc) I could be dead in a year - sounds like a plan. Life isn't worth living without my husband. So, if I go off my meds is that still considered suicide? I am so unhappy all I want to do is be with my husband. Life just isn't worth living without him

My 50th birthday is in the not too distant future, and I want to do something special to celebrate. Mom is 80 and for once I want to treat her, so I am thinking of taking her and my two sons via limo to La Bec Fin in Philly (I live in Hershey, PA), I have never had the pleasure of eating there and I am thinking about $600 for dinner for 4 does this sound about right or too low an estimate?

the pictures need to be made firm yet pliable at the same time and I want to make sure this will last for a VERY VERY LONG TIME. Is there a glue product I can use to make the pictures basically protected from elements and dust etc... before I attach them with glue to the painted background? Some of the pics will be 3-d as in they will be scrunched up and placed on the canvas in a scrunched or rolled up and then unrolled state. Thanks for any help you can offer.

When I plug it into my computer to charge it, I get a "Do Not Disconnect" message. How can I get rid of all their old music, fix the do not disconnect message and start downloading my music from my cd library? Please keep it simple, I'm an old woman!

I took my computer in for repairs due to viruses and now that I have it back, I can't get my Yahoo toolbar, no bookmarks etc... Help! I tried downloading it several times and it says it has downloaded but I don't know where to find it!!

Somehow I ended up with all this security junk on my computer (aka KIDS) now there are places I know that are safe, but I can't get to them because the message keeps coming up page blocked this site probably has material that will be harmful to your computer! (UM< Church sites I have been to thousands of times now I can't acess? any idea how I get rid of this so I can go back to surfing the web and accessing my usual pages?

My son is in 6th grade and I have been trying to get him help in school since 4th grade. He is ADD/ODD/Bi-Polar and he just can not grasp what he is learning, he says it all goes around in his head and he just can't understand it. I am working now on getting him a Mobile Therapist for his health issues, but he is already failing in school. I have spoken with his guidance counselor and we are working on getting him a tutor as well. There is a special School in NY that I want to send him to, and the administrator said that it would help sooo much if he could get an IEP, together with letters from his Dr's which would help him to get into the special school. He also said that the SCHOOL DISTRICT NOT OUR INSURANCE will be responsible for paying for the expenses for him to go to the school and that could be why they are so against helping my son.

I won't even begin to comment on where the "no child left behind" program has not helped my son at all, and has in fact, hurt him!

My son is 11 and was kicked/slammed with a helmet? on Saturday in a Pony (age 11-12) football game. Last night he started complaing of severe pain in his ribs and started vomiting, he rested today, but now is having serious pain in his ribs, right side, and vomiting. Could this be related to the bruised rib (no bruising visible) or possibly underlying gallbladder?? He says the ribs hurt the worst and is actually crying, but I always try to look for more of an answer if necessary. What can I do to help relieve his pain. I am giving him heat and tylenol.

I think it is just a requirement, just like needing a note to be out of school, any ideas??

My husband I and my children have been living in a townhouse for 4 years. The community was nice enough when we moved in but the element has changed and to make matters worse we are running out of room (not that he notices since he works all day and just spends his time in front of the TV or in bed on weekends)- I run a business from home, and we have 2 pets and 2 boys who each really need their own rooms. The dog we have doesn't like to go outside for the potty - and the house stinks (and is probably not healthy at all!) I WANT OUT OF THIS PLACE. I wish I could afford to just do it and tell him that I have rented a house - but that is not in my budget with my new business...I am ready to go home to my mom's if he doesn't get us out of this stinky house!! yes, I have steam cleaned all the carpets - nothing works and the rental company won't replace!). My mom lives in an upscale environment and a Clean House! I don't want a divorce - just a nicer place to live!

There was a female postal worker in Washington State many years ago who attempted to murder her children because they were in the way of her lifestyle and she thought that if she didn't have them, she would get the man she was dating. only one child died (I think) and the other 2 were adopted by the police investigator who handled the case, does anyone know what her name is?
