How long does a company have to reply to a complaint?
I sent a letter of complaint by Special Delivery to a travel company on 22nd May and have heard nothing. How long do they have to reply and what is my next step if they don't?

My mouse froze and I tried a spare, which did the same thing. My comp tech said the pins were bent where I'd plugged them in and gave me a new one a couple of weeks ago, but now it too is freezing and only works when I shake it across the desk or pull the lead up from the back of the desk. It seems to work a little better without a mouse mat but it's driving me crazy. Could the pins in the back of the modem have been damaged and if so would they be able to be repaired, or could there be another reason? No silly answers please. Thanks
