I'm playing MW3 and it won't allow me to pick up an intel item that is on top of a box. Any ideas?
The item is on top of a box and I have approached it from all sides and have jumped up on top of the box, but it doesn't give me the option to push the "X" button to pick it up. I am playing in campaign mode on veteran.

I have only had it 7 months and the HD has already failed. Since it DOESN'T HAVE A CD/DVD DRIVE of any kind, the new HD they sent me is useless because apparently, you can't correctly set it up using an external CD drive. NEVER BUY A LAPTOP WITHOUT A BUILT IN CD DRIVE! @#$%^%%eq$!!!
