I keep reading questions along the lines of "I'm pregnant but didn't want to be". So why is it that the women who don't want to get pregnant do get pregnant so easily and women who want it, don't? My husband and I have been trying for 7 months now and still nothing. It gets depressing. How does one cope with the disappointment over and over again?

My husband and I are just starting TTC. This is our first month and I am waiting for AF (due in 2 days). I have been experiencing random symptoms and I am just wondering if I could really be this lucky. Here's what I have experienced so far: Negative pregnancy test (taken before expected period so probably too soon anyways), Headaches, back aches, irritability, fatigue, heartburn (very unusual for me), increased amount of vaginal discharge (mikly white and odorless). I have also had some queasiness (never quite got to the point I had to puke but definitely an unusual symptom for me). Could those possibly be early signs of pregnancy? I am hoping but trying not to get my hopes up too much as I am scared this could all just be in my head as I want the BFP so bad. Any thoughts? This would be my first child so I am not exactly sure what to expect. Any of you want to share your symptoms of early pregnancy? Thank you

I have just been diagnosed with DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis or blood clot). I have been placed on Coumadin. My husband and I were thinking about trying for a baby in the next couple of months so this is a setback. My question is: Has anyone gone through that and if so what was your experience?

What are good treatments for plantar fasciitis pain? I do not have any insurance at this time so I have been unable to see a doctor. Actually I have seen a doctor about it and they prescribed physical therapy. Now that I no longer have insurance I need to find other ways to help reduce the pain. It is particularly painful tonight. I am doing stretching exercises and they don't seem to help. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I reside in the US as a citizen. My family is in France and recently, my parents have gone through a separation. My dad is handling it OK (as he is the one who initiated the separation) but my mom is crumbling up right now. I am seriously thinking of taking a leave of absence from work to go spend some time with her and help her put her life back on track. My main concern is that she has a history of depression and has always had trouble during the holiday season. With this season coming up, I'm afraid she'll try to do something stupid as suicide is something that runs into her family. I am wondering if this would be a good enough reason to take a leave of absence from work. Please if anyone knows, let me know. Thank you for your time.
