Ia m looking for more information on a Wooden Witch Carving?
A friend of mine recently visited The Halloween, Christmas store in Manteo North Carolina, she came across a life size witch carving. It looks to be antique with a 1930's style or earlier. If anyone would know more information on this witch, the carving, or the artist it would be greatly appreciated.
1 AnswerSculpture8 years agoWrite a program that accepts input of dollar amounts and then calculates a table of how much this amount will?
Write a program that accepts input of dollar amounts and then calculates a table of how much this amount will earn for each of 10 years for 5 interest rates, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%. Print the results in a table that has a header ( aligned with results printed below each label ) and all columns in the table right-justified. The format for the table follows:
For an initial deposit of $1000, the amount on deposit will be:
after years: 1 2 3 4 5 …….up to 10
at 1% 1010 xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx
2% 1020 xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx
….and so on up to
5% 1050 xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx
with the correct numbers appearing where the xxxx fields are.
Note that while the calculations should be done with floating point variables, the tables are to be printed with whole dollar amounts.
The formula for how much money is accrued after n years is:
deposit * pow ( 1 + interest rate, n )
where is pow is the power function found in the math library ( use math.h )
interest rate is expressed as a fraction not a percent( 5% interest rate is .05 in the pow function call )
2. The program should repeat accepting input and printing the resultant table until the amount entered is a negative number. That is, the program accepts one number; if the number is greater than zero, the table described above is output, and then a prompt for another input. For input of 0 or less, the program exits. Use a while structure to do this.
3. Execute your program with 100 as input and then 1000. Copy the results to a file named Output3.txt.
