I have to speak in my church for twenty minutes on a topic. I have the talk written but how do i keep my hands from shaking and my face from turning red? I have issues with public speaking please help.

My husband went to the tanning bed yesterday and the lady told him he would be fine to go for 7 minutes. He got home and was so burned you could see the perfect outline of the tanning bed on his back. Would you complain about this? I know it was his decision...but he doesn't know what he's doing.

I went tanning for the first time last week and got burned a little. I was out the sun doing yard work and burned my arms pretty bad. I went tanning again today and still not super bad but it burns when I shower. Should I continue to tan on top of my burned skin? Experienced tanners only...not speculation!

We don't want a huge entertainment center, but the wall looks so empty without anything. We have dark brown suede couches and cream colored sheer window panels. Carpet is off white....just looking for some fresh ideas. Pictures, shelves, flowers?? I'm just not sure, help!

He'll sleep for about a 6 hour stretch and then he's up every three hours. He stays in his bed for 12 hours, not sure how much he's actually sleeping during that time. Will only nap for 2 hours during the day.
