I have a security tool attached to my computer.

Everytime I turn the comp on it wants to scan, when I open certain programs to try and delete or remove it blocks me.

I have norton 360 and its failing to remove it, it doesnt even find it, I have a few other spyware adware removal programs but none are finding it.

I picked this pest up browsing for credit cards.

I cant install nothing, I cant restore my comp to a previous date, no matter what I try to access to rid this it keeps blocking me and its full of pop up asking to buy.

I cant find it in program files and it is on my program menu but no uninstall option.

Please help me.

It might sound like a silly question BUT its not as simple to change as windows 7 ultimate or vista.

When I right click the picture I want to use there is NO set as desk top background option.

Also

There is no option in the menu when I right click on the desk top to personalize it.
