  • About primary lymphedema & disability?

I have lymphedema in both feet/legs now for 26 years. I live in the UK. My experiences with this condition is that it is not curable but treatable to control the condition. In the last 3 yrs I received my first set of treatments due to my own research for help. For those who unaware of what it is, it is swelling in the limbs caused insufficient lymph vessels to carry away lymph fluid. What I wanted to know is if this is regarded as a disability? Why GPs in the UK ignore primary lymphedema patients and if anyone knows of other advice I can get. I know there are many outside the UK. All recommendations will be taking into consideration. BTW my own GP is unhelpful. I want more direction.

  • How do I get rid of targeted Contextual Ads?

My problem started with Firefox as my browser. Whilst browsing I get pop up contextual ads by targetedserving1. It is not the usual pop up as the pop up blockers are not recognising this. They are targeted ads specific to what you viewing etc. I even added the adplus blocker - still not doing a thing so I uninstalled firefox which was also crashing like mad and went back to IE which I have had no problems since using.

Did a complete scan with spyware terminator, ad-aware, and crap cleaner to clear up my computer; installed Flock. Now having the same problem as firefox minus the crashing.

How do I get rid of this Contextual ads by Targetedserving1. I feel invaded, pops up even when reading emails or checking my statement. Anyone? Could it be attached to the firefox / flock browser.

  • My browser is under attack. Can you help?

My selective homepage keeps being changed to 'stayuptodate.com' or '404dns.htm'. I know what they are but has anyone successfully rid of them and if so what software actually works. I already have avg & mcfee. I have tried spybot, microsoft defence and no can do. Thanks.
