I have recently gotten VA health insurance. I also have Medicare A & B plus Humana supplemental for part D. Do I need to continue carrying all of these? I am 71 years old.

Can a property management company that handles renting and leasing of property also manage/service a mortgage for a seller. Would this require a separate business license and certifications?

Presented himself as me and told them to cancel my home owners insurance. Was not aware of this until I received an email from my agent requesting a written and signed request. Can the Tenant be prosecuted or arrested?

I agreed to a lease purchase on my house with a balloon payment. This was handled by a real estate company that specializes in these transactions. Was I ever stupid. The tenants were moving in as I was performing maintenance on the property. 3 weeks later I was out of town on a business trip when I got a call from the Realtor\Property mgt company telling me I was to be at a closing in 30 minutes. I was 600 miles away unable to do anything. With my lack of knowledge I trusted the Realtor was familiar with the process and assumed this was necessary for a lease-purchase. At the closing the contract was changed to a straight 30 year mortgage and no balloon with 6.6percent interest. I'm 70 years old and now carrying a 30 year mortgage for someone I don't even know. The tenants were in the house 6 weeks before I received any payment. The sales agent stated several times that the only contract he writes is a lease purchase with a balloon. I had him read the contract and he agreed that he had made a mistake. Another agent at the realtor company told me that he had written 72 contracts and all were with a balloon payment. not a 30 year mortgage. I have about 2/3 of my mortgage with the bank paid. I am afraid if the bank should gain knowledge of this they may demand full payment. what can I do?

HISTORY:She and her sister both in their early 20's have felt rejection for a long time from their dad. He seems to perfer girl friends and their families more than his biological childern. This has been very painful and frustating for his daughters since he has very little communication with them. Their Parents are divorced.
