Hi all.
I have a digital smart meter from Toronto Hydro. Normally, the display flashes between "88888" and the number of KWh used. Today, it started flashing "8r" plus 4 numbers (not posted until I know its not an account number or something).
Does anyone know what this new code means, or where I can find a list of codes that smart meters may display? I would like to get a better understanding of what it's trying to tell me.

The boat would probably be around 26 ft in length, and I don't own a car, so want to keep it in the water, so I can just walk down and sail away. The problem is if I buy a boat, then I have to pay for it again each year in fees. Does anyone know of a cheap marina that can be used for less than, say, $1000 per year?
