  • Home Loan Question, Which is Better to Pay off first?

    I have two 30 year fixed loans. One for $22K, and one for $125k. The 22K loan is at 7.25% and the 125K is 5.75%. Which loan should I be paying more principle to each month so that I pay it off faster.

    I probably can afford to pay $200 more a month to the principle each month.
