3 AnswersLaptops & Notebooks1 decade agoIf I took FMLA 2 years ago, do I still have to wait that 12 weeks every year now?
My office manager told me I had to wait to take my vacation that first year due to the FMLA. I did. Now it's over, but she's trying to make me wait another 12 weeks again this year when it's been 2 years since I took it. I'm in Indiana. I feel I'm being cheated!!! Other HR people have said they have never heard of such a thing. This office manager likes CONTROL!!
