What does it mean when a girl tells a guy they have been together for a long time that I Love you and he sends her a smiley? he becomes nicer to her for about a month after the news and then stays away for few weeks(no emails or receives calls) .... then he comes back and becomes even nicer to her, even more considerate and respectful. I should not be asking this question, but how long do you think you can actually take to tell a guy you truly love him, but want to be patient in forming a relationship with him. I really love this guy and told him how I feel in many ways, write lovely notes to him, made sure I spend as much time as I can with him, when I invite him to my house, he stops only at the door(he c' in ones), Igo to his house.. I put all the signs out there, he does too, like saying "love" at the end of his letters to me.....What do you think is happening? am all over him? Should I stop doing what I am doing? I now love this guy even more in a different way. The problem here is, the new guy is so spiritually elevated, which is what I have been praying for and my bestfriend is at the other end hoping nothing happens. I did give the new guy some hints about my feelings towards him, but I think he doesn't want to rush things.. I totally admire that.. should I think of a possibility of something to spark between my bestfriend and I or should I continue to have this strange feelings for the new guy OR should I just forget about them both and accept them as my two best friends??? Before, i often liked guys because they had something to offer me.. whether intelligence or finances or housing and many other with the exception of sex.... but now.. I am don't only like this guy but I love him dearly and completely. I dont want anything but love from him.
