We are familiar with the physical properties of materials on or near the earth's surface. What kind of changes can be expected in properties of matter under zero gravity conditions in space. Is their any experimental observation available on this aspect?

If the properties of matter is found to be dependant on gravity ( lunar g = 1/6g of earth), whether the interpretation techniques used in conventional geophysical surveys designed for earth be useful for subsurface exploration on lunar surface?

Can we say that large hydropower projects and proposals have bleak future in coming years and we should go for smaller hydropower projects which can be completed in 5-6 years and also have small physical and financial layouts. Small hydropower projects can be planned on Total Integrated micro watershed basis to have least or Zero adverse impact on environment as well as settlements & existing infra-structure. It is not necessary that life on other planets has metabolism similar to us, they may not require water for their existence. The life forms may be very different from us so what evidences we should look for during our space programs?

RTI Act 2005 is a wonderful empowerment to a citizen. It would bring transparency and accountability in due course.

Its awareness is still in infancy stage, help groups can contribute constructively in this sphere.

We have long pendency of cases in various courts, justice delayed is justice denied.

There are many factors for this: (1) lack or poor infra-structure, (2) less number of judges and courts for the huge population, (3) Adjournments, (4) large number of cases involving govt. as a litigant, (5) amendments to archival laws lying pending, (6)lack of transparency and accountability of public authorities, etc.

Is it that the we have become more of law breakers than law abiders which is the main reasons of increase in number of cases in courts?

Common man avoids police for seeking help. How can we change this scenario in India?

Credibility of yahoo answer is at stake.
