Not Me!!

Neighbor has no less then 5 bird feeders in 1 tree, which is across street from us. We have asked her nicely not to feed the birds as it draws lots of pigeons, but she refuses to stop. They crap on our vehicles, all over our house, black top driveway, we have lost our cable and internet due to their crapping on the lines. We told her what cable company said, about trying to not attract them by feeding them. She don't care. They are just a plain pain in the butt. We have tried everything, old cd's hung up, cap guns, spraying with water hose, owl decoy, mylar balloons, etc. nothing works.

Garage says a/c condenser is leaking. What is involved in changing it? Should I do timing belt and water pump at same time while it is apart, or is that an altogether different tear down?

While driving it makes a whoom whoom whoom noise in the front, and at one point sounded like a loud growl. What could it be?

I need the whole lock assembly. Bought car used and key has never worked in it, but the power button did. Now the power button does not work so unable to open trunk. I have removed rear seat and can open from inside. Needs new motor and cylinder with a key. New is just way too expensive. Called junk yards and they want to sell me whole trunk lid, cheapest was $150.00.

My pug/boston terrier mix had a bump on bridge of her nose, it broke out and bled and oozed pussy like stuff. I got that to heal up and now she has one behind her right ear and one on side of her face, both have broke open. She is wearing a C collar to keep her from scratching until she see's vet tomorrow. Anyone ever have this happen or have any ideas what it could be?

My pug/Boston terrier needed her nails clipped, so at 6 tonight I took her to groomer (1/2 mile away). It was 82 outside, so I used the a/c on high in car to try to keep her cool. She was fine on way there and while getting nails done. On way home she started panting really bad and acted like she could not get enough air. I quickly got her home, gave her some water with ice and put a fan blowing on her. She still kept panting and gasping, so I wet a tea towel and laid it over her back and used a wet cloth to wipe her face with. I dribbled cool water over the towel every few minutes. She panted like that for 1 1/2 hrs., Now when she breathes she has a wheezing/rasping sound. Will this go away or has being hot and panting so much done something serious?

Please do not say VET, she is going in the morning, I am concerned about her breathing.

I have a 1996 Chevy Blazer LS and it starts fine but when you hit key starter makes a whirrr/squeal noise. What could be causing this?

Took my 1996 Blazer for an inspection sticker. Blazer runs fine, no lights on, however they say can't inspect it because "not ready" code comes up. They keep asking if I had disconnected the battery lately, NO! have not. They tell me it needs to be drove....uh...it's drove over 100 miles a day back and forth to work. Like I said though, it runs fine, no lights on, nothing to indicate a problem.

What does that mean? Can not get sticker til I figure out what is wrong, if anything.
