I cant seem to lose the weight I have been working out for the past year and will not go no lower then 190 I eat right I work out every other day and on days that I am not at the gym I do fun stuff like play with the kids, go swimming, walk the mall, and my weight still wont go down is there any weight wavers that you can get? I can do push up, sit ups, run, and that more then those in the navy can do there are a lot of over weight people in the navy believe me I know my husband and his whole boat is more then one of them. I am very fit just not navy weight standers fit is there any other way that I can get in still being this weight please help I really want to join and I would hate for my weight to be a factor.
