I had never heard this term before I came to yahoo answers, but from context of the people that have used it, it seems to mean anyone who is to the right of moderates. So where did this term come from? And as a follow up what distinguishes a neo-con from a conservative?

I'm trying to get parishillion used in place of words like bajillion and megasuprmillion etc. I mean if your going to use fake numbers why not make them cool like parishillion. maybe it could be a system like the deci-parishillion system. I'l trade you a cow for nine nano-parishillion dollars. That number will be the deciding factor for how much one parishillion is so this could be used in the cattle industry or something. lol im still working out the kinks but im trying to get parishillion to catch on. She gave us "thats so hot" so im trying to give something back.

I saw this picture of a fan-shaped hat. The people were in pakistan in the photo. I asked a kid i know from pakistan he said the hats are not that uncommon, but I want to know what they are called or where I can get one. They look cool and funny at the same time.
