I have been at this job for almost a year, I work at an office with 2 other women. One is my boss, one is a co-worker. (they are of course friends) I am the newbie, and can do nothing right. No matter how hard I try, or how much extra I take care of I am always the scape goat for mistakes. Not that I don't ever make mistakes but my mistakes are treated differently. I am in the bathroom at least once a week in tears. I'm not sure how much more I can take. It is affecting my life outside the office, I'm so drained when I get home I just want to collapse. And I really have no one to talk to because its just the 3 of us here. Outside this office, I know very few people in the company.

He is always refering to things only we knew, he asked me one day, in a joking way, "what are you doing after work?" I have no interest in him romantically, but I wonder whats up with him.
