I have been working out 4 days a week for 45 min a day on top of swimming 6 days a week but I am not moving on the scale. I am stuck at 199 and I need to get down to 130. HELP

I am a dork and last night I took the pizza out of the oven and put it on the counter. About 30 seconds I went to put some cups in the cupboard right above the pizza's and ended up burning my tummy really bad on the baking pan I had just put there. Instead of putting burn gel on it right away I let my kids eat first and then drove tot he store when they were done to buy some. So it was left to continue the damage for almost an hour. It still hurts bad and is raised and dark in color. What can I do to treat this so it will heal the best and not do any more damage
