  • Is it legal for my husbands ex wife to use our last name?

    She insisted that her name be changed back to her maiden name and it is included in the divorce decree. Now we are getting bills with her old married name and our address on them even though she lives 2500 miles away. We also got an insurance card in her minor son's name with our address on it. He also lives far away. Is this fraud? And if so, how do we go about having her prosecuted for it? She has also used my MOTHER's address as in mom has gotten several phone calls to her home about past due bills and the caller always asks for the ex wife. What do we do about it?

  • i lost my high speed connection after system recovery!!!! Help!!!?

    I recently used system restore on my computer (HP-Windows XP) and have lost my ATT YAHOO high speed connection. I have dial up (because this is what I downloaded so that I could get online to ask this question) but I want my high speed back! I am basically computer illiterate so if you can help, please do your best to keep it as easy to follow as possible. Also, how do I get rid of the AOL dial up that I had to download? Thanks for your help!
