Yes i need help, i bought a Japan ver. Wii and it's modded. now the problem is that i can't change the language, it just pops up the screen with an Opera help blah blah blah, and one more problem

my wii can't read some of my games which usually worked when i bought them now it can't read the cd please help!!!
